Sourwood is anything but sour.  It's one of the most complex honeys we sell.  Derived from the Sourwood trees of the southern Appalachian mountains, this sweet honey is one of the harder honey's to find in pure form.  Ours is raw and pure Sourwood that is harvested and strained, nothing else.  This batch has an almost cinnamon finishing taste and would be perfect on bread or in teas and coffee.
